The ICC World Cup 2023 schedule is out. Yes, the biggest cricket tournament is just upon us—in fact, it is less than 100 days away. The tournament will commence on October 5 at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium, which will also host the final on November 19.

The 2023 World Cup will have 48 matches played within seven weeks. Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Dharamsala, Pune, Hyderabad, and Lucknow will host the games.
Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium will host the final, while Wankhede and Eden Gardens will host the semi-finals.
The tournament will begin a repeat of the 2019 World Cup final, as England and New Zealand will square off in Ahmedabad. It will be followed by Pakistan taking on a Qualifier team in Hyderabad.
Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan in the third game in Dharamsala, followed by South Africa taking on a Qualifier team. The fifth match will be crucial because it will be India, the hosts, kicking off their World Cup campaign against Australia in Chennai.

ICC World Cup 2023 Schedule | Team India Matches
India take on Australia in Chennai October 8 in their opening match of the 2023 World Cup. The Men in Blue will be up against Afghanistan in New Delhi on October 11. After these games, Rohit Sharma and his men will square off against arch-rivals Pakistan in Ahmedabad on October 15.
